Run the Buffalo Marathon or Half as a Heart-To-Heart Fundraiser

How it works

New for 2025 Registration is FREE!!! to run in the Buffalo full or half marathon in exchange for pledging to raise at least $500. All proceeds go directly to the Kaleida Health Foundation and benefit the best-in-class cardiac programs at Buffalo General Medical Center/Gates Vascular Institute.

Heart-To-Heart Buffalo Marathon and Half Marathon fundraisers will be provided with a personal fundraising page and tools to accept donations from their friends and family. Heart to Heart runners will also receive the same jacket and medal as the regular full and half runners and will also have the ability to win prizes when you fund raise certain amounts.

What If I don’t Raise at least $500?

While $500 seems like a lot we are confident with the fundraising tools supplied that allow you to share your commitment and goal to helping the best-in-class cardiac programs at Buffalo General Medical Center/Gates Vascular Institute, you will not only reach but you will surpass $500. In the event you do not reach the minimum fundraising level you will have the following options.
